Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail & DPD.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days and all deliveries are tracked must be signed for. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact nadia@contouratelier.com with your order number and we would be happy to look into this for you.

Please Note: You are responsible for any and all customs/duty fees that may be incurred. These charges are unique to your country and are out of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with your order or have received goods that are defective in any way, please contact nadia@contouratelier.com within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist. If a return or exchange is approved, you will be provided with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and return address.

All items for return or exchange must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition and should be returned in the original packaging. Please include all paperwork and your RAN number with your items.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail.

Please note: Customers need to inform us fo their intention to return within 14 days of receipt and return items within 30 days to receive a refund. If the items are returned after 30 days, we will offer an exchange only.

You will be contacted within 5 workings days of receipt of returned goods. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. If you have paid via Paypal, any transactional charges that might apply will not be refunded as these charges are levied by Paypal and not Contour Atelier.

**PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to except returns of any cut lace or embroidery under 1 metre length, digital products, gift cards or bespoke products.
